정재승 교수는 삼육대학교 인공지능융합학부에서 뉴로모픽 인공 뉴런·시냅스 소자, Selector-Only Memory(SOM), AI 반도체와 지능형 연산을 연구합니다. 소자·회로의 물리적 특성을 학습 알고리즘에 연결하고, 효율적인 AI 연산과 의료·영상 데이터의 지능형 분석으로 연구 범위를 넓혀 왔습니다.
His work connects emerging neuron and synapse devices, circuit design and learning methods, with applications in biomedical analysis and intelligent systems.
